The equipment of hot painting for demarcating traffic lines EGM-FA-1500L, was designed to be assembled on the surface of a truck with capacity from 16 to 17 tons of heavy load, distance between axis of 4,80, front cabin, such as VW 16-170 or alike.

Designed for automatic application of thermoplastic material with glass beads, according a combined system, it demarcates simultaneously continuous and/or discontinuous lines, axis and edges, through hot gun sprays of highly productivity, as well as it demarcates traffic signs through the accessory for hand guided application (extrusion) .

Equipment for fusing of thermoplastics, trademark ELGIMAQ ®, mod. EGM-RBF-250L, destined to manual demarcation of traffic signs.

Projected for preparation (fusing) of thermoplastics, for application and manual demarcation of traffic signs through the accessory for hand guided application (extrusion).

The set is projected to be assembled on a tow with capacity of 1,500 kg, that forms the set of tow/fusor, capable to be carried (towed) by utilitarian vehicles, or trucks of small size.

Optionally, this set also can be assembled on a metalic base in table form, to be carried in the platform from utilitarian vehicles or truck of small size, being that in this last one, it is possible to increaser the capacity of the fuser up to 500 liters (1.000 kgs), extending the autonomy of the application.
