SPECIFICATIONS:
Equipment for road manual signaling, by the cold
system (acrylic resin or water base paints ), assembled on a small
tow for transport.
I- DESCRPTION:
Tow capable to be carried (towed)
by utilitarian vehicles, type Saveiro 0-20, 5-10, Toyota, or fellow
creatures. In it a small set of painting is assembled, made up
of tanks, compressor battery, proper and specific diesel engine
and pistols for paint/glass beads, for manual signaling of parking
bands, pedestrians, transit symbols, curb, etc.
II- TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
1. STRUCTURE constructed
in plates of steel, submitted to an anticorrosive handling and
painting of finishing in the color orange, with hook of easy adaptation
to any propulsion veicle (utilitarian or truck).
2. SUSPENSION with beams of springs
with capacity of
aprox. 700 kg;
3. AXLES OF WHEELS,with tires
and air chambers ( 185 X 13" );
4. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM , 12 volts,
with indicatinve lanterns and of route that functions in set with
the vehicle that is towing it;

TWO TANKS , of ink, with total capacity of 120 to 240 liters,
with pneumatic agitator for pneumatic pistol, manometers and regulating
valves of pressure and security.
6. AIR COMPRESSOR , with 40 to
60 pcm and low air pressure, lung and safety valve;
7. ENGINE , gasoline or diesel
of compatible capacity, electric start, low consumption
8. MANUAL SPRAY GUN, brand SEMAL
model M24, great income, with interchangeable hard metal nozzles
and extensor of 30 cm, connected to the tanks with a 10 meters
hose.
9. MANUAL GLASS BEADS GUN, brand
KAMBER model P-14, proper to scatter glass beads under pressure,
in the bands and symbols demarcated for the painting pistols.
Also in this pistol, 10 meters of hose are connected, operating
jointly with the painting.
10. PAINTING STAND , especially
projected for manual jobs, which dismissal layouts in the landmark
of bands up to 5 meters, to which is coupled the painting pistol,
with the respective pluggings to the tanks.
11. PNEUMATIC HAMMER , (optional)
proper for soil perforation, adjusted for implantation of signaling
thumbtacks . Accompanies this tool, a chisel of appropriate measure.
12. SOLVENT TANK, with capacity
of up to 5 liters, coupled to the ink system , that for pressure
acts in the tubings and hoses, until the painting pistols making
a perfect cleanness at the end of day.
13. ROTATING STROBE LIGHT, for
prominence in the defensive signalling.

III - GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS:
* The engineering of the components
used are strictly under the standards and patterns of the Technical
Rules Brazilian Association (ABNT); however, we can analyze the
possibility of building the equipment under the patterns of the
country in which it will be worked on.
* This equipment is in compliance with the norms and regulations
demanded for the INMETRO (Brazil) however, the legalization of
this will fit to the purchaser. In this way, we will place at
disposal all the pertinent and necessary documentation for this
objective.
* Modifications concerning the capacity or lay-out of the original
project can possibly be made, as long as with previous consultation
and further cost evaluation.
* Normally, this equipment is supplied full including the truck
used however, is possible to produce all the sets and components
of this in our Plant and, later to export them to the customer
with specialized team to assemble over a truck of your choice.
This possibility will add to the price of the product, the costs
with tickets, lodging and feed of this team, during the period
when occurs the assembly.
The products that we are offering are registered with patent required in the National Institute of Propriedade Industrial (I.N.P.I.), and its partial or total reproduction, of the concepts or the design, are protected by the Federal Law nº 9.279 of 14 of May of 1996 that it regulates the relative rights and obligations to the industrial property. |
